GABRA.LABEL (we, us) is an Australian fashion label. This policy explains how we handle personal information, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

When you reserve a place through our website, we collect:

• Your first name and last name
• Your email address
• How you signed up (with Google, or the email form)
• The date and time of your reservation
• Which ad or link brought you to us (utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign) — this tells us where our visitors come from, but it does not identify you personally

If you sign in with Google, we only receive your name and email address from Google. We never see your Google password.

We use your details to:

• Hold your place in the reserve list
• Send you launch letters and updates about The Cotton Pants Edition
• Understand which ads and links bring people to us

Your reservation is stored in our website's database and in a Google Sheet we use to manage reservations. Access is limited to us and our service providers.

We use the Meta Pixel to measure how our advertising performs. It records which pages are visited and that a reservation happened, but we do not send your name or email address to Meta.

Meta handles that information under its own privacy policy, which you can read at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We only share it with the service providers named in this policy, to the extent needed to run the label.

Some of our service providers, such as Google and Meta, may store or process information outside Australia. Where that happens, we rely on their safeguards for information held overseas.

We keep reservation details only as long as we need them to run the reserve list and communicate with you. If you ask us to delete your details, we will delete them (unless we are required by law to keep a record).

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or unsubscribe from updates at any time. Just email studio@gabralabel.com and we'll take care of it.

Every launch letter we send also includes a way to unsubscribe.
